After an order is placed and your payment is verified, it may take up to 36 hours to process and have your order dispatched. All orders made on the weekend will be shipped out on the next business day.

We provide free shipping across the United States to all orders $250 and above. All orders made to be delivered faster than the standard time may incur additional costs. All orders come with a UPS tracking.

If your order is lost or damage on delivery, please file a claim with UPS using this link. https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page Duku & Co. holds zero responsibility for orders that have been damaged on delivery and items that have been lost while delivered.
