All orders shipped to a delivery address in the USA qualify for free shipping. All countries outside the United States qualify for free shipping for all items $99 and above.
All orders made before 3pm EST, will be dispatched the following day.
Any order made before 3pm EST on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Our policy lasts 20 days post-purchase of your item. Duku & Co. will not be responsible for offering you a refund or exchange after 20 days of your purchase,
Duku & Co will refund the full value of any products purchased, provided the following conditions are met:
1) Product(s) is returned within 20 days of receipt of your order.
2) Items are returned to us in a resalable condition, unless faulty. All labels and packaging should be intact. This means
Customers have the right to return the order within 30 days of receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. (explained above) . If customers use their right to send back an order, they should contact Duku & Co. in order to get the required information needed for the return. Please note, that Duku & Co. will not be responsible for paying the return shipping. (Only on specific instances reviewed by Duku & Co.) If an item is damaged during transport, Duku & Co should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as magazines and gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in accordance with our return instructions above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Duku & Co. offers a 2 year limited manufacturer's warranty on all products starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing faults on the product, and if the automatic movement stops working after a manual wind of the crown.
Please note that in no circumstance will the 2 year warranty cover careless use of the watch. Please see below for a list of things not covered in our warranty;
1. Improper use of watch, leading to shattered glasses, or severe scratches on the watch case.
2. Leather straps are not covered in our warranty. (If you find a problem with out leather straps, please learn more about our return policy)
3. Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the watch.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified terms, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the customer.
