RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You may return your item within 20 days of receipt. Any other item returned after 20 days of receipt will not be accepted. 

Duku & Co will refund the full value of any products purchased, provided the following conditions are met:

​1)  Product(s) is returned within 20 days of receipt of your order.

​2)  Items are returned to us in a resalable condition, unless faulty.  

The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If customers use their right to send back an order, they should contact Duku & Co.  in order to get the required information needed for the return. Please note, that the customer will be fully responsible for covering all return postage fees. If an item is damaged during transport, Duku & Co should be contacted within 20 days of receiving the product for information about compensation.​​

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as magazines and gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, Duku & Co. will send an email to the customer that the product has been received. Duku & Co. will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the customer is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 5-8 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank and/or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in accordance with our return instructions above. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dukuandco.com

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
