Our policy lasts 20 days. Duku & Co. will not be responsible for offering you a refund or exchange after the 20 days have eclipsed.
Duku & Co will refund the full value of any products purchased, provided the following conditions are met:
1) Product(s) is returned within 20 days of receipt of your order.
2) Items are returned to us in a resalable condition, unless faulty.
Customers have the right to return the order within 20 days of receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. (explained above) . If customers use their right to send back an order, they should contact Duku & Co. in order to get the required information needed for the return. Please note, that the customer will be fully responsible for covering all return postage fees. If an item is damaged during transport, Duku & Co should be contacted within 20 days of receiving the product for information about compensation.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as magazines and gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error .
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery does .
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Duku & Co. will send an email to the customer that the product has been received. Duku & Co. will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the customer is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-8 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank, then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in accordance with our return instructions above. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
