SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Where is my Order?
All orders are accompanied with a UPS tracking number. Orders may take up to 36 hours before being dispatched to the carrier. UPS handles all packages, and delivery information could be found through your tracking number
How long does it take to have my Order Shipped?
We may take up to 36 hours to have your order shipped, if you're using a Standard/Free Shipping Option. However, Next Day delivery takes priority and is usually shipped on the same day as long as the order is made before 3pm EST.
How long does it usually take before I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to you that the product has been received. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the customer is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 5-8 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept free returns within 20 days of the purchase date. Read more on returns here
Can you confirm you have received my return?
During our communication process with you, we'll confirm through email when your product has been received, as well as any evaluation to determine your return and refund.
There's something wrong with my watch, how can I return it?
If you're still within the 20-day return window, it's possible to still have your product returned. Please contact us regarding your product to have an evaluation regarding a potential return.
Order and Discount
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Can you add personal engravings on the watch?
We're currently not customizing any of our watches on request. However, we've left the caseback of our watch blank for your own customization.
Can I add a note to my order?
Yes, there should be a text option available on the Product Page, as well as the cart page.

Do you have a a physical location?
No, we currently do not have a physical location for our company and are 100% online.
Where are your products made?
We've created a partnership with the very best manufacturers in Italy, Switzerland, Japan, USA and China to support our brand and manufacturing process. These manufacturers have been around for over 20 years. However, we take 100% control over our designing in the United States.
